Shipping & Returns
Delivery is agreed with each quotation and returns are assessed against the equipment condition and order type.
Delivery
UniCoupler can arrange delivery throughout the UK and internationally for an agreed price. The quotation confirms the delivery destination, expected timing, freight charge and any specific unloading or access requirements.
Built-to-order lead time
New made-to-order equipment is generally planned around an approximate six-week lead time. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date; the final production and dispatch schedule is confirmed for the specific order.
Returns & cancellations
Where a return is accepted and the equipment is not faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it unless otherwise agreed. Bespoke or made-to-order equipment may be treated differently from standard stock goods, and any non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Faults, damage & misuse
If equipment arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact UniCoupler promptly with photographs and the serial number so the issue can be assessed. Damage caused by misuse, use outside the intended application, incorrect installation, overloading or operation outside stated limits is not treated as a manufacturing fault.
International orders
Freight, customs, duties, importer responsibilities and local product requirements are confirmed before an international order is accepted.
