Shipping & Returns
Delivery is agreed with each quote and returns are assessed against the equipment condition and order type.
Delivery
Unicoupler can arrange delivery throughout the UK and internationally for an agreed price. We confirm the destination, expected timing, delivery cost and any unloading or access requirements before the order.
Typical build time
New made-to-order equipment usually takes around six weeks to manufacture. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date, and we confirm the expected build and delivery timing for the specific order.
Returns & cancellations
Where a return is accepted and the equipment is not faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it unless otherwise agreed. Bespoke or made-to-order equipment may be treated differently from standard stock goods, and any non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Faults, damage & misuse
If equipment arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact Unicoupler promptly with photographs and the serial number so the issue can be assessed. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, overloading or use outside the stated limits is not treated as a manufacturing fault.
Warranty replacement parts
Our standard warranty is parts-only. Where a qualifying claim is accepted, the replacement part is supplied free of charge. Fitting, labour, removal, transport and on-site repair are not included unless agreed separately, so the customer should arrange a competent fitter or workshop.
International orders
Freight, customs, duties, importer responsibilities and local product requirements are confirmed before an international order is accepted.
