2. Quotations
New equipment is priced on request. The final quotation identifies the equipment, agreed specification, price, VAT treatment, delivery charge, expected lead time and any bespoke requirements. An order should only be treated as accepted once the agreed quotation/order terms have been confirmed.
3. Product compatibility
The customer must provide accurate information about the carrier and intended use. Final compatibility is confirmed against the quoted equipment and supporting documentation rather than website imagery alone.
4. Built-to-order equipment
New attachments shown in the current website range are built or configured to order against the agreed quotation, typically around an approximate six-week production lead time. Because the specification is customer-specific, cancellation and return conditions may differ from standard stock goods; any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Delivery
Delivery throughout the UK and internationally can be arranged for an agreed price. Freight, unloading, customs and any international import responsibilities are confirmed before order.
6. Returns
Accepted non-fault returns are normally returned at the customer's cost unless otherwise agreed. Equipment damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, overloading or use outside its intended application is not treated as a product fault. Statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Documentation & traceability
Relevant manuals, safety information, serial identification and applicable conformity documents are supplied with the equipment where required.
8. Warranty & payment
Warranty scope, payment schedule, accepted payment method and quotation validity are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation before the order is accepted.
