2. Quotes
New equipment is priced on request because it is built to suit the customer’s machine and job. The quote sets out the equipment, agreed specification, price, VAT, delivery cost, expected build time and any bespoke requirements. The order is only accepted once both sides have confirmed the quote or order details.
3. Product compatibility
The customer must provide accurate machine details and explain the intended use. Unicoupler checks suitability against the agreed equipment and supplied information before the order is confirmed.
4. Built-to-order equipment
New attachments shown in the current range are built or configured to order, usually with an approximate six-week build time. Because the specification is customer-specific, cancellation and return conditions may differ from standard stock goods. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
5. Delivery
Delivery throughout the UK and internationally can be arranged for an agreed price. Delivery cost, unloading arrangements, customs and any international import responsibilities are confirmed before the order.
6. Returns
Accepted non-fault returns are normally returned at the customer's cost unless otherwise agreed. Equipment damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, overloading or use outside its intended application is not treated as a product fault. Statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Documentation & traceability
Relevant manuals, safety information, serial identification and applicable conformity documents are supplied with the equipment where required.
8. Warranty & payment
Our standard product warranty is parts-only. If a qualifying part fails and a warranty claim is accepted, the replacement part will be supplied free of charge. Labour, removal, fitting, transport, machine downtime and on-site repair are not included unless agreed separately in writing. The customer is responsible for arranging a competent fitter or workshop to install replacement parts. Payment terms and quote validity are confirmed before the order is accepted. This commercial warranty does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
